Search Engine Marketing

Three years experience managing Google Ads campaign and possessing certificates in Search and Display. Also managed campaigns in Bing and achieved campaigns with 4X Return on Advertising Spend.

Google Analytics & Tag Manager

Five years experience in monitoring website health using Google Analytics including GA4, possessing certificates in GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Also, have used alternative reporting tools like HubSpot and Adobe.

Search Engine Optimization

Five years experience in SEO with certificates from SEMRush. Conducted keyword research and provided content recommendations, completed site audits, managed business listing and used MozLocal, page speed audits and technical SEO, and copywriting for pillar pages and blog posts.

Project Management

Three years managing digital marketing projects, collaborating with subject matter experts using Jira, Monday, Slack and Trello. Completed Google Project Management Certificate on Coursera.

Graphic Design

Five years experience with Canva, InDesign and Illustrator for graphic design projects, managing assets, and social media collateral. Completed Canva Essentials and Graphic Design Essentials courses.

Video Production

Two years experience creating video assets using Canva, FinalCut, and Adobe Express. Assisted on larger production by writing briefs, scripts, and sourcing vendors.

HubSpot CRM

Three years using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub functions. Setup campaigns, landing pages, forms, and marketing automations to enrich CRM data. Also, one year performing similar functions with Salesforce CRM.

WordPress

Five years managing websites using WordPress. Also, leveraged other content management systems like Drupal, Experience Manager, and Squarespace. This includes a WordPress Essentials course on LinkedIn Learning.

Email Marketing

Five years managing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Constant Contact and HubSpot. This includes building targeted email lists and enriching these campaigns with automated email messages.

Social Media

Five years using social media to build brand presence organically and also with social media advertising including LinkedIn and Meta ads. This includes using Hootsuite, Buffer, and HubSpot.

Copywriting

Ten years of copywriting including for websites, landing pages, blogs, social media posts, ad copy, marketing emails, and technical documentation. This includes leveraging AI copywriting tools.

Client Services

Five years of supporting clients with account management, help desk, and customer success responsibilities. I have also contributed to client webinars and providing client-facing documentation.
